Learn what seniors and their families want and expect from pharmacists in the medical home model, long-term care settings like nursing facilities and assisted living and the other care settings in which they reside. This session will discuss the barriers or difficulties seniors experience in accessing pharmaceutical care and their willingness to pay for medication therapy management services. Come to the session to also learn how you can develop partnerships with other professionals who serve and advocate for seniors wherever they reside.
