Program Manager

Administrative Assistant
Non-profit professional association in OT Alexandria seeks detail-oriented, tech savvy Admin Asst to provide admin and communications support to Director of busy Policy and Advocacy Department. Duties include: providing routine administrative support to Director and staff; assisting in maintenance of website and other communications to members; scheduling appointments and assisting in preparations for Hill/agency meetings; assisting with event planning and fund raising activities; preparing and filing routine reports, finalizing written communications and documents; managing subscriptions and files; responding to member questions.
